When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subject to change: Category commission percentages may be updated in the future. Any change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Globoexpats uses a category-based commission for marketplace listings. The seller enters the product value they want to receive, and the applicable category commission is added on top of that value to form the final asking price shown to buyers.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Globoexpats does not store credit card details. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and digital payment platforms.
Shipping times and costs vary by seller and destination. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Globoexpats is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
Each seller sets their own return policy. Buyers should review the seller's return policy before making a purchase. Globoexpats provides dispute resolution services for unresolved issues.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Globoexpats and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your use of Globoexpats is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review ourPrivacy Policywhich also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.
The information on Globoexpats is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globoexpats:
In no event shall Globoexpats, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Globoexpats and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
